What brought you to The Clipper?

I joined the Clipper because I want to enter the field of journalism and use my writing skills to make a difference. This is a chance for me to start practicing and become immersed in the journalism world.

What interests you about journalism?

It provides me with the opportunity to incorporate my love for writing with my passion to make a difference. It is one of the only fields whose main purpose is truth and accountability. People’s stories are shared, especially those who aren’t normally recognized, and wrongdoing is stopped in its tracks because people become aware of it.

When you aren’t doing things for The Clipper, what can you be found doing?

It depends on the day, but I may be reading a good book, playing my acoustic guitar, listening to music, or doing some form of physical exercise. I also like just thinking about things when I have a free moment.
