One Direction took the world by storm with their first single “What Makes You Beautiful” back in 2011. Within the last four years, their style has changed and they, along with their fans have grown up. Back in 2011 I was a little 7^th grader with one large passion for music. Throughout the years this band has existed I have followed them. All the way from losing a member to going on hiatus, I was there. In July I was surprised with a ticket to their Seattle concert, and was blow away with their talent and wit while playing live.  At this concert, they played some new songs from the album “Made in the A.M.”, which was released Nov. 13 of this year. The song “Perfect” was one of the songs chosen at this concert. With lyrics such as “causing trouble up in hotel rooms” it makes you rethink things you have done. I know I did. The second song they played from the new album was “Drag Me Down”, which is a self anthem of how no one can bring you down if you believe in yourself. Overall, I would give their album a four out of five stars. For someone who is new to the band good song choices would be “Half a Heart” from the album “Midnight Memories” or “Hey Angel” from the album “Made in the A.M.”
