Salutations, I am Lexi Altieri.

What is your dream job?

My dream is to create and produce an animated show someday. I’m a massive animation and cartoon nerd and am currently working on several stories that I want to share through animation. Animation is an incredible art form, and I love seeing the different styles come to life on screen.

What is an issue or topic you are interested about?

Climate Change. As a society we need to start making better decisions around our environment, and that starts with our community and our voices sharing what needs to change.

What brought you to the Clipper?

There are two reasons why I ultimately decided to join the Clipper. As a writing major I think it’s important to be familiar with all aspects of writing, and journalism is a very important part of that. And my mom was the first managing editor of content for the Clipper back in the 80’s when she attended EvCC, so I want to follow in her footsteps and make her proud.
