The deadline is fast approaching for students to complete their FAFSA forms for the next year at EvCC by Feb. 15, 2017.

FAFSA, Free Application For Student Aid, is completed online and can make the student eligible for tuition credit and scholarship opportunities. If the student does not complete FAFSA before the deadline, assistance may not be processed in time to help pay the tuition for the next quarter.

Receiving your financial aid will be done through email by FAFSA. These awards will also be seen in your EvCC Financial Aid Portal at your “MyEvCC” account.

When students complete their FAFSA by the deadline they will automatically have rolling aid for the next quarter.

If students need more information about FAFSA, they can go to the Enrollment Services and Financial Aid offices in the Parks and Student Union building on the third floor. To apply, go to fafsa.gov.
