Holocaust Survivor Visiting EvCC

 

As the second installment in the Holocaust Survivor Forums, Ron Friedman will be speaking at EvCC. Ron Friedman is the son of Herbert Friedman whom was one of 10,000 children who escaped Vienna via the first kindertransport train after Austria was invaded 1938. This event is a part of humanities class 150D taught by Joyce Walker. This event starts at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27 in Jackson 10. It is open to everyone on campus and to the public as well. Forums will be continuing through spring quarter. Other holocaust survivors will be speaking on May 11 and May 25.
